Good Days and Great Days (#42)

For someone who struggles with mental health issues, I have heard I only have good days and great days. The good days are when things are going really well and life is easy. Great days are when you are dealing with hell and still manage to use your tools and find gratitude at the end of it.

Today was a great day.

Today I’m grateful for…

  1. A productive morning
  2. The new Ji Jutsu class I started going to
  3. UMass Dining, it’s so much better than BSU
  4. Pretty much everything else about BSU
  5. New friends and deep conversation
  6. Relaxing ambient music
  7. My grandma and grandpa
  8. Space and existing in this Universe
  9. My cat, Ned, who likes to use my laptop to rub his face
  10. Thick Milkshakes and Smoothies
  11. My dad bringing me to a cards tournament at Toys R Us when I was little
  12. My plants are growing!
  13. Weekend sales while shopping
  14. My parents taking my family to Patriots games
  15. My very warm and cozy covers
  16. Super Bowl Sunday
  17. Warmer weather
  18. Morning meditation and yoga
  19. Feeling sore after working hard
  20. Family roller coaster road trip
  21. Artistic people

As always, check out my first blog, 25 Things I’m Grateful For (#1) to know why I’m writing this list and why I want you to start yours.
