Working Torwards Your Goals (#77)

When working to achieve anything, it’s important to remember your why. Something an old supervisor used to ask me is, “What’s the why behind my why?” Gratitude allows us to take a step back and remember what the focus really is. Why the opportunity means something regardless of if it goes well or poorly.

Today I’m grateful for…

  1. New music from Bobby Tarintino
  2. Catching up with Julie
  3. People who make me laugh
  4. Endless possibilities for the future
  5. A full, bright moon
  6. Learning new things
  7. A few deep breaths
  8. Morning stretches
  9. Being out in nature
  10. Warmer weather
  11. Runs through an empty campus
  12. Working landscaping with my friends
  13. Sleeping in
  14. Local bagels
  15. Visiting my sister in New York during my internship
  16. The sisters of Alpha Sigma Tau
  17. Getting things done
  18. A clean apartment
  19. Being supported
  21. Playing cards with my dad
  22. Clean water
  23. Working at UMass
  24. Surprises (sometimes)
  25. The here and now

As always, check out my first blog, 25 Things I’m Grateful For (#1) to know why I’m writing this list and why I want you to start yours.
