Achieving our goals requires focus! No need to be an overnight success. Make a plan, get your aspirations in order, and recognize how far you’ve come when you need some motivation to keep going. One step at a time.

  3. Music that makes you dance
  4. Time at the gym
  5. A clean apartment
  6. Positive reinforcement
  7. Nighttime stretching
  8. Warmer weather and outdoor soccer games
  9. A good group for a class project
  10. Late night insomnia cookies
  11. Audiobooks at the end of the day
  12. Theatre in high school
  13. Having a good view of the sunset from my apartment
  14. Well made documentaries
  15. Fellow gratitude writers
  16. Clean water
  17. A couple deep breaths to keep my head straight
  18. Engaging presenters
  19. Summers playing kickball at the pool
  20. Warm socks
  21. Finding a new appreciation for Cambodia as I learn more about their history
  22. Sharing ice cream
  23. Getting help
  24. Technology
  25. The here and now
