It’s Better To Go With The Flow (#98)

Making a plan is important but when our expectations and ideas of he future are so rigid, it will only lead to disappointment. Sometimes, going with the flow and enjoying the present situation is the best thing we can do for ourselves. Use gratitude to ground yourself in the present and find what works best for you.

  5. A good hike and a well marked trail
  6. Learning new things
  7. Friendly puppies and animals
  8. The evergreen trees on the west coast
  9. Patience and a few deep breaths
  10. Warm tea
  11. Old family stories
  12. People who believe in me
  13. Good coaches and bad coaches
  14. What sports have taught me
  15. Hard work and accountability
  16. Laughing with my siblings
  17. Good road trip playlists
  18. A clear sky at night
  19. Summer soccer at the middle school
  20. Leadership lessons
  21. Safe travels
  22. The strong lighthouse over looking the unforgiving ocean
  23. The warmth of fire
  24. Gratitude!
  25. This very moment
