How I Deal With Anxiety (#102)

Today was a bad day for my anxiety. It was only a couple of years ago my depression and anxiety were crippling. Days without leaving my room would occur. Today I had my first anxiety attack in a long time but I dealt with it better than I have in the past. For that, I’m grateful for my growth, I’m grateful for my tools I use below, and I’m grateful for this life above everything else.


Today I’m Grateful for…

  1. Taking walks
  2. Calming music
  3. Going To The Gym
  4. Talking it out
  5. Laughing
  6. Time with my cat
  7. Using my tools
  8. A couple deep breaths
  9. Speaking it into my existence
  10. Signs from the Universe
  11. Counseling
  12. Learning about my anxiety and how to deal with it
  13. Practice and experience
  14. Getting enough sleep
  15. Time for self care
  16. Supportive friends
  17. Journaling
  18. My family
  19. Patience
  20. Accountability
  21. A clear night sky
  22. The sunshine
  23. Singing in the car
  24. Long runs
  25. A reminder to live in the present
