Learn To Let Go (#121)

Change is constantly happening. With each breath we take, new air enters our lungs and the old air disappears. Use gratitude to reflect on what was. We can be grateful for that old air helping us breath but if we kept trying to hold our breath in, we can only last so long before breaking. Let go.

  21. Going to bed early
  22. Mini road trips and family vacations
  23. Forgiveness
  24. Growth
  25. The precious present
