Prioritize Yourself (#131)

This first year of grad school has tested me in more ways than I could have ever imagined. A good lesson I’ve learned is to take care of myself before I worry about everything else. I find myself feeling grateful the next day when I can start to be productive again after taking care of my mental health first.

  13. Early morning gym sessions
  14. Spontaneous dancing
  15. Air conditioning
  16. Clean water
  17. Times I can help my friends
  18. Helpful reminders
  19. Waking up with the sun
  20. Family board games
  21. Throwing the disc around on the beach
  22. Kept promises
  23. Time
  24. Being alive
  25. This very moment
