I think there are always a million different scenarios you can run through in your mind about any situation. “What if” it doesn’t work, what if I fail if, what if it ends poorly. We can shape our thoughts to be positive and encouraging if we allow it. What if I have a great time? What if it works out for the best? What if this is exactly where I’m supposed to be. I think then it becomes a whole lot easier to incorporate gratitude into our lives when we allow ourselves to be positive with our self-talk.

Featured image of a waterfall from Iceland. As promised, more pictures from my trip after editing and fixing. I’m a sucker symmetrical photos so it makes me see to see the small human on the right of the photo. I still need to learn photoshop one day to perfect my craft.
