All About The “What Ifs” (#155)

I think there are always a million different scenarios you can run through in your mind about any situation. “What if” it doesn’t work, what if I fail if, what if it ends poorly. We can shape our thoughts to be positive and encouraging if we allow it. What if I have a great time? What if it works out for the best? What if this is exactly where I’m supposed to be. I think then it becomes a whole lot easier to incorporate gratitude into our lives when we allow ourselves to be positive with our self-talk.

Today I’m Grateful For…

  1. My family
  2. Good health
  3. My cat, Ned
  4. Good conversation
  5. New beginnings
  6. Good music and sharing songs
  7. My fellow staff members
  8. Gratitude
  9. Peanut Butter sandwiches
  10. Calls from home
  11. My friends
  12. A little support
  13. Exercise and a good sweat
  14. A convenient tissue for a runny nose
  15. Any chance to be outside
  16. Time for photography
  17. Free stuff, always
  18. Good professors
  19. Things that have sentimental value
  20. Friendly competition
  21. Inspiration in all its forms
  22. Getting lost

  24. My experiences as an OL and an RA
  25. The precious present

As always, check out my first blog, 25 Things I’m Grateful For (#1) to know why I’m writing this list and why I want you to start yours.

Featured image of a waterfall from Iceland. As promised, more pictures from my trip after editing and fixing. I’m a sucker symmetrical photos so it makes me see to see the small human on the right of the photo. I still need to learn photoshop one day to perfect my craft.
