Moping around doesn’t work, trust me I’ve tried. I think it’s so easy to be negative when nothing seems to be going right. It’s easier said than done to just let things go when it’s really bothering me. I still try my best to be positive, be patient, and use gratitude as much as possible and this where I’ve found the best results.
