Half Way There (#182)

Tomorrow will mark half a year of gratitude. I can truly say this blog has been a good experience. Because I’ll celebrate 200 days of gratitude with a focus on gratitude, I want to take a moment now to talk about writing.

Starting Out

Blogging for each day can be a tricky balance of what I choose to share and what I don’t. I’ve been inspired by the likes of Gretchen Rubin and Jen Sincero to live a positive life out loud. I’ve enjoyed connecting with this little community of my fellow gratitude writers. When I started I knew gratitude was important but I had no idea it would become such an integral part of my life. Some lists are better than others but all 25 items mean something to me.

All About Mindset

I think reflection has been an incredibly positive tool for me and this has been a fun undertaking. For other daily bloggers, I would recommend doing your best to stick to a schedule. Not only is it helpful for developing a following but the act of writing every day is easier when organized. What’s helped me keep me going more than anything is my friends. Surrounding myself with positive and appreciative people has reminded me how important it is to continue with my blog. After 182 posts, I wouldn’t be here without the people who keep me going.
