Your gratitude list doesn’t have to take hours or be eccentric in any way. Sometimes, a simple thank you text can go a long way. Make time for gratitude in whatever way you can.

Thank you! Thank you notes are the big one for me. Making the time to write out my gratitude by hand always feel good but I agree. We constantly have so much going on in our lives, it can be a lot to balance everything
