No Stress (#236)

Life is good. There are a list of superlatives I could use for being exactly where I am. The logical part of conscious is reminding myself it won’t last forever. Something will come up, some challenge or anxiety, but I’m coming to accept that’s part of life. I’m more concerned with enjoying my current situation before worrying about what might go wrong. I’m grateful for this moment and I think that’s what is most important. Whatever happens, I know I’ll be able to handle it.

Today I’m Grateful For…

  1. The morning sun
  2. When my cat sits with me on the balcony
  3. Making a plan
  4. Catching up and FaceTiming with friends
  5. Gratitude lists and fellow bloggers
  6. Irish breakfast tea
  7. CLEAN WATER! Check out my project and see how you can get involved!
  8. Rainy days and nothing to do
  9. Carpools with Carley
  10. Sharing music
  11. Morning runs and getting sweaty
  12. Being back at UMass
  13. Trying something new
  14. Taking the stairs
  15. When my family comes to visit
  16. Time and change
  17. Staring contests with the horizon
  18. Summers working Orientation
  19. My brothers in Sigma Pi
  20. RHA Wednesdays
  21. Curly fries in Bears Den
  22. The cool breeze
  23. Access to fresh fruit and vegetables
  24. Celebrating others
  25. The here and now
  • As always, check out my first blog, 25 Things I’m Grateful For (#1) to know why I’m writing this list and why I want you to start yours.
