Feel It In My Bones (#237)

Change is promised. We can’t stop it from happening so that means our only option is to adapt to it. When you have a good feeling, recognize it and use gratitude to celebrate it. This is a good moment.

  12. Being able to teach CORE again this semester
  13. Time at the gym
  14. Feeling heard

  16. My family
