Gratitude starts with us. It’s something we feel internally for a feeling, a place, a person, whatever. That doesn’t mean it shouldn’t be shared, especially in effort to create a culture with gratitude in mind.
As one person I can only do so much. That’s why I need your help. Sharing gratitude and positivity is something we can do together, you in?
Surround yourself with people who encourage your best self. The life you try and create for yourself isn’t something you need to accomplish alone.

- Being back in class
- The cool breeze on a hot day
- Quick meetings
- Crossing things off my to-do list
- Time at the gym
- Clean water
- My family
- FaceTimes with my friend Liv
- Sunscreen
- Buffalo chicken and guac
- My headphones
- Spending time in Iceland
- A chance to just listen and process
- A clean apartment
- Sleeping in
- The here and now
