We’re In This Together (#258)

Gratitude starts with us. It’s something we feel internally for a feeling, a place, a person, whatever. That doesn’t mean it shouldn’t be shared, especially in effort to create a culture with gratitude in mind.

As one person I can only do so much. That’s why I need your help. Sharing gratitude and positivity is something we can do together, you in?

Surround yourself with people who encourage your best self. The life you try and create for yourself isn’t something you need to accomplish alone.

Today I’m Grateful For…

  1. Sitting with my tea
  2. Good health
  3. The warmth of the sun
  4. My cat Ned when he sleeps next to me
  5. Feeling great!
  6. Talking things out
  7. Sharing laughter
  8. Too much ice cream
  9. My local Big Y
  10. Being back in class
  11. The cool breeze on a hot day
  12. Quick meetings
  13. Crossing things off my to-do list
  14. Time at the gym
  15. Clean water
  16. My family
  17. FaceTimes with my friend Liv
  18. Sunscreen
  19. Buffalo chicken and guac
  20. My headphones
  21. Spending time in Iceland
  22. A chance to just listen and process
  23. A clean apartment
  24. Sleeping in
  25. The here and now

As always, check out my first blog, 25 Things I’m Grateful For (#1) to know why I’m writing this list and why I want you to start yours.
