I probably sound like a broken record to my friends. I think I started when I was in England because I recognized there was only so much I could do thousands of miles from home.

There was no point! I wasn’t going to keep stressing when life took the choice out of my hands. Life is impermanent. Things change. I had to keep reminding myself of these things with a hint of gratitude.
