I’ve had to remind myself quite frequently this week that there’s no such thing as perfection. Gratitude and meditation are considered practices because you can always improve. I’ve had to remind myself that I’m doing the best I can and that’s enough.
I’m grateful for my learning and my process. I know after a couple deep breaths, I’m exactly where I’m supposed to be.

- The here and now
As always, check out my first blog 25 Things I’m Grateful For (#1) to know why I’m writing this list and why I want you to start yours.
As the cold creeps in, I remember this gray lake fondly. I spend a lot of time thinking here.
