One At A Time (#297)

I’m trying my best. I use my tools, I speak my mantra, I take my breathes, AND STILL I FEEL ANXIOUS. What a drag.

Despite this, I had a good day and there was still plenty to be grateful for. I have great people around me and the experience to know how quickly change can come.

Today I’m Grateful For…

  1. Gratitude
  2. Seeing my brother. I’m grateful he goes to school so close to me and we can spend meaningful time together.
  3. Late night stretching
  4. Clean water
  5. Sharing new music
  6. My Peer Mentor staff meetings
  7. Forgiveness
  8. Reminders from my cat to get up in the morning
  9. Warm and sunny Fall days
  10. Bonfires and comfy sweatshirts
  11. Catching fireflies in the summer and barefoot explorations
  12. Empathy and understanding
  13. Bike rides through campus
  14. Time to get work done
  15. My healing
  16. Patient reminders and a few deep breaths
  17. My support system
  18. Hand written notes and letters
  19. Summers working Orientation
  20. Learning new things
  21. Talking things out with my sister. She always knows what to say.

  25. The HERE AND NOW!

As always, check out my first blog 25 Things I’m Grateful For (#1) to know why I’m writing this list and why I want you to start yours.
