Let It Out (#332)

Scream it, shout it, let out the feelings and emotions that trap and restrict us. These thoughts enter our minds and can so often feel suffocating without any kind of support. I’m encouraging everyone in 2019 to say how you feel, to be honest about what’s bothering you and speak it into existence. Only then, we can use gratitude to deal with these thoughts and feelings in the best ways.

  3. Mutual support
  4. A couple deep breaths
  5. Safe travels and catching up
  6. New music
  7. World travel and experiences
  8. Clean water
  9. After school practice and games
  10. Time outdoors
  11. Catching the morning sunrise
  12. Time to read
  13. Nice candles and warm blankets
  14. New perspectives
  15. Talking things out
  16. My family
  17. A good night’s rest
  18. Teachers and educators
  19. A little understanding
  20. Good communication
  21. Time at the gym
  22. Self-growth
  23. A clear night to see the stars
  24. Sports and teamwork
  25. The here and now
