Unsurprisingly, I have a routine for this too. The first two things I do when I wake up is drink water and write my gratitude. I’ll recount some of the major moments and so my best to include them in my gratitude list. I’ve had to wake up early for work so luckily I can catch the sunrise if I’m lucky. If I have the time I make my bed and get something to eat.
The main point is, regardless of how you start your day, whatever time that may be, you can start it with gratitude. Gratitude for the things that get you going. Gratitude for new opportunities that accompany each day. Gratitude for the little things that make a big difference.
