Each day I get up and start my routine. Sometimes it’s not easy. Whether it’s because of a long night of work or I just don’t have the energy, we’ve all felt the challenge of the monotonous weekday grind.
Not only is it a positive to start my day with gratitude, I know I’m stronger because of it. I know with gratitude, I don’t have to worry about what’s happened in the past or what will occur in the future. With gratitude, I focus on the here and now – my needs in this moment.
