Take Some Time For You (#281)

A lot of my lists and messages talk about gratitude for others. It’s important but arguably the one thing more important than showing gratitude for others, is demonstrating gratitude for yourself.

Our bodies are in constant motion. We’re always working or moving and we need to take care of ourselves first and foremost. Take a day for you, show yourself some gratitude and take a break.
